FAQs

Travel insurance is important because it will protect you if something happens while you are travelling. Travel insurance offers travellers coverage for unforeseen events, from a cancelled flight to a serious illness—or in rare cases, even aircraft hijacking . if an illness, accident, or other covered unforeseen incidents that forced a traveler to cancel or interrupt their travel plans, they face two potentially major financial losses—money invested in a non-refundable pre-payments and medical expenses that in many instances may not be covered by health insurance.

Most importantly, a travel insurance policy will provide travellers with peace of mind for any unforeseen covered accident or illness that they may suffer during the trip. The coverage will be on a cashless basis if done within the accredited network of medical providers. Otherwise, it will be paid by the Insurance Company thru reimbursement, subject to policy terms and conditions.
