
The Insurer will take charge of relaying the urgent messages of the insured, relating to any of the events covered in the policy.

The Assistance company call centre, upon the request of the Insured, will take charge of delivering the medicines (including those medicines for pre-existing illnesses) prescribed urgently by a doctor for the Insured during the trip and which cannot be found in the place where he/she had travelled to or be replaced by medicines that have a similar composition.

The Assistance company call center, upon the request of the Insured will provide referrals to interpreter services in the event of an emergency. A fee will be charged if personal presence or customized services are
required.

The Company will reimburse the Insured's reasonable additional expenses incurred for the use of alternative scheduled public transport services to enable the Insured to arrive at the planned destination on time in the event that the Insured's scheduled flights are rerouted due to any
unforeseeable circumstances outside the Insure's control.

Company will supplement for lost checked-in baggage by an airline, only the portion that is not covered by the airline baggage limit of liability as set by the airline, up to the limit stated in the Policy Schedule.

The Company will pay the Insured up to the maximum limit for the purchase of necessary clothing and toiletries if the checked-in baggage accompanying the Insured has been delayed, misdirected or temporarily misplaced in delivery for more than twelve (12) hours from the time of the arrival at the overseas destination.

The company will pay up to the limit of the policy if the Insured's final International departure from or returning to the Philippines by aircraft is delayed for more than twelve (12) hours due to natural disaster (except poor weather conditions), technical failure, and intervention by the authorities.

The Assistance company call center, upon the request of the Insured will provide travel information on weather and foreign exchange of a particular territory.

The Company will reimburse the Insured's reasonable additional expenses incurred for the use of alternative scheduled public transport services to enable the Insured to arrive at the planned destination on time in the event that the Insured misses his flight
connection due to any unforeseeable circumstances outside the Insured's control.

The Company will pay up to the amount stated in the policy for the cost necessary to replace the lost documents as well as the accommodation expenses until it has been obtained.

In the event of the covered death of the Insured, the Company will arrange and meet the cost of the transfer of the remains to the place of interment, cremation or funeral ceremony at his/her usual country of residence.

If the Insured trip is cut short and he/she needs to return home to the Philippines or return to his/her Usual Place of residence in the Philippines (in case of domestic travel) earlier than planned due to a covered trigger event under the policy, the Company will pay the non-refundable portion of covered expenses which have been paid for in advance by the Insured.

If the Insured is not able to proceed with the trip due to covered trigger events under the policy, the Company will pay for the unused and non-refundable portion of covered expenses which have been paid for in advance by the Insured.

The Company will reimburse any excess or deductible that the Insured becomes legally liable to pay in respect of loss or damage caused by accident to the rented vehicle during the rental period, not exceeding the limit of this benefit per policy schedule but subject to the conditions stated in the policy.

The Insurance Company will advance funds for any legal bond required on behalf of an Insured up to the policy limit subject to
the submission of valid authorization.
The Insured will be required to pay within 45 days any sum advanced by the Insurance Company. Any delay of payment will imply an interest of 0.5% per month.

If the Insured travelling is accompanied by a minor child only (under 15 years of age) and is required to be hospitalized due to sudden illness or accident for more than five (5) days or is deceased, the Company will provide a suitable person to look after the minor during the trip to the hospital where the Insured is admitted or the Company will provide an economy round-trip fare, transfers and the accommodation of one immediate family member.

If the Insured is travelling alone and is admitted to a Hospital for more than five (5) consecutive days as a result of Injury or Sickness occurring during the Period of Insurance, the Insurer shall provide an economy roundtrip transfer of one (1) Immediate Family of the Insured.

The Company will meet the cost for emergency dental treatment of natural teeth only for the immediate relief of pain and not occasioned by the previous deteriorated state of the teeth, gums or jaws up to the limit provided in the policy.

The Company will pay the insured person the amount as indicated on the Policy Schedule per day (every 24 hours) for delay or interruption of the journey in excess of waiting period of 12 hours which prevents the Insured Person from reaching the scheduled destination of the aircraft on which he or she is the passenger as a result of an act of Aircraft Hijacking.

This benefit covers accidental death,
disablement/dismemberment
the Insured may suffer at any time, twenty four hours a day, during the trip.

This benefit covers if the Insured is admitted into hospital as in-patient or suffered in any medical emergency situation determined by a physician arising from a covered accident or sudden illness.

In the event of covered accident or sudden illness, the Company will take charge of transferring or repatriating the Insured to a properly equipped health centre or to his/her Usual place of residence or usual country of residence.
